The style and the types
The Tuscan style furniture is known throughout the world for its warm and rustic colors and materials. The craftsmanship of wood and iron makes it unique and special fittings, manufactured in accordance with simple lines, but elegant.

Our rooms are different depending on their location: Basic, Classic and Superior:
- The Basic rooms offer the same Tuscan style and are equipped with all the comforts, such as the Classic and Superior but smaller than the other types.
- The Classic rooms offer all the facilities of the Superior but smaller in size, have no view.
- Superior rooms are located in better location and/or with view, the rooms are
more spacious.

Air conditioning
From today, you no longer have to suffer the heat... because we have equipped all our rooms and common areas with air conditioning.

Safe
In the closet of your room you will find a small
safe, where to put your money and valuables.
We recommend that you do not leave your valuables
visible in the rooms! Remember also to check the
safe and leave it open to your departure.

Television
All rooms have a flatscreen TV
with 5 Italian channels, 1 English channel, 1 German channel,
1 French channel and many others. In the lobby you will find a TV
large, with many foreign channels.

Mini-fridge
In the room there is a mini-fridge with drinks
(surcharge). Guests can use it
for medicines.
Remember to remove your productsat the departure. 

Iron and ironing board
At the reception desk you can ask for
an iron and small table board to use.
We kindly ask you to return it after use.

Hair dryer
Lest you fill your suitcase with bulky things,
our bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Of course you can also use your own, but remember that the voltage
in Italy is 220 Volts.

Set for preparing coffee or tea
For guests who booked on our web-site or directly in the room there is
a kettle and a selection of teas and instant coffee for free.
If not, ask for it at the reception (extra service).
