In our medieval cellar situated in Via delle Volte in Castellina in Chianti, we are glad to offer you a tasting of the production of our wine and olive oil and a good balsamic vinegar. Ask the front desk for available times.

Wine tasting and tour of Chianti Classico:
For tastings and tours to wineries and farms with the possibility of having a guide for information on the processes of production of Chianti, visits to Castles surrounded by vineyards, lunch/dinner on the farm with matching wines, Ask at the reception desk!
We will suggest you some of the best wine houses, the closest only 2 km away to the hotel.

Tuscany cooking class:
Want to learn to cook the typical Tuscan cuisine? The local cooking school will make you live the good times and joyful!
The course consists of the preparation of a menu, including an appetizer, a starter, a main course and a dessert. You will participate in the preparation and at the end of the lesson, you will taste the dishes prepared together.
Min 2 people – To be book at the hotel reception.
Duration: 3,5 hours with lunch or dinner

Horseback riding in Tuscany with the guides of the equestrian club:
Away from busy and polluted streets, you'll ride through lush green vineyards and charming Tuscan woods. The ride is equally entertaining as it is a cultural experience.
The equestrian club with whom we collaborate since several years, at ca. 15 km from the hotel, offer horseback riding tours for all levels of experience, accompanied by professional guides.

Discover the Chianti region by scooter! Prepare to take a Trip into the heart of this unique area, driving along the "wine roads", away from the noise of the city and in contact with the beauty of nature... rolling hills adorned with vineyards, cypress trees, medieval villages, small countryside churches and last but not least... a wine tasting in a tiny fortified town will conclude the tour. No experience is required.
